Trailer Marine Supplies has over 20 years experience in supplying and fitting axles to all types of trailers including Catering Wagons, Horse Boxes, Plant Trailers and of course Boat Trailers. 

 

The axles we supply are full beam rubber suspension trailer axles with steel arms, Knott auto-reverse brakes, cast steel brake drums, and bowden brake cables are included. We will help you check for full comaptibilty with your existing axle and wheels/tyres. Please allow 3-4 week to maufacture and deliver. 

 

Supply Only  

Both the braked and unbraked axles are hot dipped galvanized and are made to measure and can be adapted and retrofitted to most trailer frames. Where possible we will match the existing axles and supply to the existing stud pattern and weight capacity. With the supply only services we either measure your axles dimension or alternatively take you through the process over the phone and confirm with you your options prior to the manufacturing order.  

 

The axle will be despatched to you on a pallet c/w brake cables and any necessary U-bolts and fixings. 

 

We will always guide you through the fitting and help you with useful tips and expert advise. 

 

With the supply and fit service we take on the responsibilty to return your trailer in working order. At Par we have facilities to fit your new axle, reconnect the braking system and also make any additional adjustments/minor repairs to the rollers, electrics, or bodywork. In the event your old axle has unfortuously colapsed with the boat on the trailer we have experience in jacking up the axle/boat or lifting the boat off the trailer onto a new trailer. We have on occassion worked on site but this is largely depenedant on accessibilty on the trailer and the working safety of the site for our employees.
